Welcome to Bless Financial Technologies Inc. ("Bless"). Your access to and use of the Bless mobile application (referred to as the "App") and its content, features, and services are governed by the following terms and conditions (referred to as "Terms").
Please carefully review these Terms to understand your rights and obligations. By accessing and using the App, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you must refrain from accessing or using the App.
This App is managed by Bless Financial Technologies Inc. ("Bless," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing and using this App, including all its information, tools, and services, you agree to abide by all the terms, conditions, policies, and notices outlined herein.
Account Registration and Use
To access certain features within the app, you may be required to register a user account.

This could include but is not limited to, engaging in fraudulent activities, breaching security measures, or violating any applicable laws or regulations. Prohibited Activities
You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Site:

(ii) To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any “junk mail”, “chain letter” or “spam” or any other similar solicitation.
(iii) To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Bless, a Bless employee, another user or any other person or entity.
(iv) To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the App, or which, as determined by us, may harm Bless or users of the Site or expose them to liability.
(v) To engage in any form of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to, providing false information, impersonating others, engaging in deceptive or unauthorized practices, including attempting to bypass security measures or accessing accounts that do not belong to them.
Additionally, you agree not to:
(i) Use the App in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the App or interfere with any other party’s use of the Site, including their ability to engage in real time activities through the App.
(ii) Violate the community guidelines established by Bless for the safety and well-being of all users.
Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app, including any associated services, at any time, without prior notice. This includes but is not limited to situations where we believe you have violated these Terms of Service or engaged in any prohibited activities outlined herein.
In the event of termination or suspension, you will no longer be able to access the app or utilize its services. Any outstanding obligations or liabilities you may have incurred prior to termination will remain in effect.
We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from or related to the suspension or termination of your access to the app.
You may also terminate your account at any time by following the instructions provided within the app or by contacting customer support. Upon termination of your account, any remaining obligations or liabilities you may have will still apply.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app or any of its features at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the app.
