Booking Policy

Our Booking Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the booking process for experiences facilitated through our platform. By using our platform to book experiences, you agree to adhere to this Booking Policy and other applicable terms and guidelines.

  1. Searching

1.1: Explorers can browse through available experiences on our platform and select the ones they wish to book.

1.2: We encourage explorers to review experience descriptions thoroughly to ensure alignment with their interests and expectations.

1.3: Explorers can utilize our search filters and parameters to refine their search and find experiences that match their preferences.

1.4: Explorers are encouraged to read reviews and ratings from previous participants to gain insights into the quality and authenticity of the experience.

  1. Booking

2.1: Upon selecting an experience, explorers will be prompted to provide booking details, including the date, time, and number of participants. 

2.2: Explorers may be required to pay the booking fee or any applicable charges at the time of booking.

2.3: Explorers should only make bookings for themselves and any intended guests accompanying them.

2.4: Bookings should be made in good faith, with genuine interest in participating in the experience.

2.5: Hosts have the discretion to accept or decline booking requests based on availability and other factors.

2.6: Explorers are responsible for providing accurate booking information and adhering to any guidelines or requirements set by the host. 

2.7: Explorers should communicate any special requests or concerns to the host in advance of the experience.

  1. Cancellations

3.1: Explorers may cancel their booking at any time, subject to the cancellation policy set by Bless.

3.2: Explorers should review the host's cancellation policy before making a booking to understand the potential implications of cancellation. 

3.3: In the event of a cancellation, explorers may be eligible for a refund or credit, as determined by the cancellation policy and any applicable terms and conditions.

  1. Cancellation Policy

4.1: Cancellations made within 24 hours leading up to the scheduled start time of the experience are not eligible for a refund. 

4.2: Cancellations made before 24 hours in advance of the scheduled start time of the experience are eligible for a full refund.

5.1: Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. 

5.2: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking, unless otherwise specified.
